Our policy is to allow a 100% refund less handling fees on all our products.

 

The item must be returned in its original state. All return packages must be postmarked within five (5) days of receipt, and we must be notified of the return via phone or email prior to the package being mailed. Return packages must be double-boxed and insured for the full value of the purchase price.

 

Shipping

 

We will ship your order insured by US Postal Service, Federal Express, or UPS. Shipping fees will depend on method of shipment requested by purchaser.

 

Pricing

 

All prices listed are based on check, money order, or credit card purchase. Shipping is additional, and depends on service selected.

 

Sales Tax

 

DiamondInitials.com does not charge any sales tax on purchases which are purchased outside of Washington state.
